排放工业废水的企业应当采取有效措施，收集和处理产生的全部废水，防止污染环境。含有毒有害水污染物的工业废水应当分类收集和处理，防止渗漏、流失，不得稀释排放。

工业园区等区域应当配套建设相应的污水集中处理设施，按照规定安装自动监测设备，与生态环境主管部门的监控设备联网，并保证监测设备正常运行。

向污水集中处理设施排放工业废水的，应当按照国家规定进行预处理，达到集中处理设施处理工艺要求后，方可排放。

Enterprises that discharge industrial wastewatershall take effective measures to collect and treat all wastewater generated, soas to prevent environmental pollution. Industrial wastewater containing toxicand hazardous water pollutants shall be collected and treated separately toprevent leakage and loss, and shall not be discharged after dilution.

Industrial parks and other similar areas shall buildcorresponding centralized wastewater treatment facilities, install automaticmonitoring equipment in accordance with the relevant provisions, network suchequipment with the monitoring equipment of the competent department of ecologyand environment, and ensure the normal operation of the monitoring equipment.

Industrial wastewater discharged into centralizedwastewater treatment facilities shall be pre-treated in accordance with therelevant provisions of the State, and discharge may only be carried out aftermeeting the process requirements of the centralized treatment facilities.
