女职工因生育、哺乳请长假而下岗的,在其享受法定产假期间,依法领取生育津贴;没有参加生育保险的企业,由企业照发原工资。

Female employees who are laid off due to long leave of birth and breast-feeding, shall have the right to get birth allowance during the legal maternal leave. For those enterprises not having birth insurance, they shall pay the female employees original wages.
