中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第三百五十二条

禁止向海域排放油类、酸液、碱液、剧毒废液。

禁止向海域排放污染海洋环境、破坏海洋生态的放射性废水。

严格控制向海域排放含有不易降解的有机物和重金属的废水。

Ecological and Environmental Code of The People's Republicof China (effective on August 15,2026), Article 352

No entity or individual shall discharge oils, acidsolutions, alkali solutions or highly toxic waste liquids into sea areas.

No entity or individual shall discharge radioactivewastewater that pollutes the marine environment or damages the marine ecosysteminto sea areas.

The discharge into sea areas of wastewater containingpersistent (not-readily-degradable) organic substances or heavy metals shall bestrictly controlled.
