向海域排放含热废水，应当采取有效措施，保证邻近自然保护地、渔业水域的水温符合海洋生态环境质量标准，避免对珍稀濒危海洋生物、海洋水产资源造成危害。

Where heated wastewater is discharged into sea areas,effective measures shall be taken to ensure that the water temperature inadjacent nature reserves and fishery waters meets the quality standards ofmarine ecological environment, so as to avoid harm to rare and endangeredmarine organisms and marine aquatic resources.
