中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第三百五十七条

在沿海陆域弃置、堆放和处理尾矿、矿渣、煤灰渣、垃圾和其他固体废物的，依照法律规定执行，并采取有效措施防止固体废物进入海洋。

禁止在岸滩弃置、堆放或者处理固体废物；法律、行政法规另有规定的除外。

本法所称沿海陆域，是指与海岸相连，或者通过管道、沟、渠、设施，直接或者间接向海洋排放污染物及其相关活动的一带区域。

Where tailings, slag, coal ash residue, garbage orother solid waste is discarded, piled up or disposed of in coastal land areas,the relevant provisions of laws shall apply, and effective measures shall betaken to prevent such solid waste from entering the ocean.

No entity or individual shall discard, pile up ordispose of solid waste on coastal beaches, except as otherwise provided by lawsor administrative regulations.

For the purposes of this Code, "coastal landareas" refer to areas connected to the coast, or areas from whichpollutants are discharged, directly or indirectly, into the ocean throughpipelines, ditches, channels or facilities, and the areas where activitiesrelated to such discharges are carried out.
