获准和实施倾倒废弃物的单位，应当按照许可证注明的期限及条件，到指定的区域进行倾倒。倾倒作业船舶等载运工具应当安装使用符合要求的海洋倾倒在线监控设备，并与国务院生态环境主管部门监管系统联网。

Entities authorized to carry out the dumping ofwastes shall, within the period and in accordance with the conditions specifiedin the permit, dump the wastes in the designated area.

Vessels and other carriers engaged in dumpingoperations shall be equipped with and use online monitoring equipment formarine dumping that meets requirements, and such equipment shall be networkedwith the regulatory system of the competent department of ecology and environmentunder the State Council.
