获准和实施倾倒废弃物的单位，应当按照规定向颁发许可证的国务院生态环境主管部门海域派出机构报告倾倒情况。倾倒废弃物的船舶应当向驶出港的海事管理机构、海警机构报告。

Entities authorized and implemented the dumping ofwastes shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions, report the dumping situationto the sea area dispatched agency of the competent department of ecology andenvironment under the State Council that issued the dumping permit.

Vessels engaged in the dumping of wastes shall reportto the maritime administration authority and the China Coast Guard authority atthe port of departure.
