获准倾倒废弃物的单位委托实施废弃物海洋倾倒作业的，应当对受托单位的主体资格、技术能力和信用状况进行核实，依法签订书面合同，在合同中约定污染防治和生态保护要求，并监督实施。

受托单位实施废弃物海洋倾倒作业，应当依照法律法规规定和合同约定，履行污染防治和生态保护要求。

Where an entity authorized to dump wastes entrusts theimplementation of marine dumping operations, it shall verify the entrustedentity's legal qualifications, technical capabilities and credit status, enterinto a written contract in accordance with the law, stipulate the requirements forpollution prevention and ecological protection in the contract, and supervisetheir implementation.

The entrusted entity shall, in carrying out marinedumping operations, fulfill the requirements for prevention and control ofpollution and ecological protection in accordance with the provisions of lawsand regulations and contractual agreements.
