修复施工单位转运污染土壤的，应当制定转运计划，将运输时间、方式、线路和污染土壤数量、去向、最终处置措施等，提前报送所在地和接受地生态环境主管部门。

转运的污染土壤属于危险废物的，修复施工单位应当依照法律法规规定和相关标准的要求进行处置。

Where a remediation contractor transportscontaminated soil, it shall prepare a transportation plan and submit in advanceto the competent departments of ecology and environment, at both the placewhere the contaminated soil is transported from and the place where it isreceived, the information on the transportation time, method, route, quantity,destination, and the final disposal measures of contaminated soil.

If the transported contaminated soil is hazardouswaste, the remediation contractor shall dispose of it in accordance with theprovisions of laws and regulations and requirements of relevant standards.
