实施风险管控效果评估、修复效果评估活动，应当编制效果评估报告。

效果评估报告应当主要包括是否达到土壤污染风险评估报告确定的风险管控、修复目标等内容。

风险管控、修复活动完成后，需要实施后期管理的，土壤污染责任人应当按照要求实施后期管理。

Effectiveness assessment reports shall be preparedfor risk control effectiveness assessment and remediation effectivenessassessment activities.

An effectiveness assessment report shall primarilyinclude whether the risk control and remediation objectives identified in thesoil pollution risk assessment report have been achieved and other relevantmatters.

Where post-remediation management is required afterthe completion of risk control or remediation activities, the personresponsible for the soil pollution shall carry out such post-remediationmanagement in accordance with the requirements.
