对土壤污染状况调查报告评审表明污染物含量超过土壤污染风险管控标准的建设用地地块，土壤污染责任人、土地使用权人应当按照国务院生态环境主管部门的规定进行土壤污染风险评估，并将土壤污染风险评估报告报送省级人民政府生态环境主管部门。

Where, upon review, a soil pollution status investigationreport indicates that pollutant content in a construction land parcel exceedingthe soil pollution risk control standards, the person responsible for the soilpollution and the holder of land use right shall, in accordance with theprovisions of the competent department of ecology and environment under theState Council, conduct a soil pollution risk assessment and submit theassessment report to the competent department of ecology and environment of theprovincial people's government.
