对建设用地土壤污染风险管控和修复名录中的地块，土壤污染责任人应当按照国家规定以及土壤污染风险评估报告的要求，采取相应的风险管控措施，并定期向地方人民政府生态环境主管部门报告。风险管控措施应当包括地下水污染防治的内容。

For land parcels included in the list of soilpollution risk control and remediation of construction land, the personresponsible for the soil pollution shall, in accordance with the relevantprovisions of the State and the requirements of the soil pollution riskassessment report, take appropriate risk control measures and regularly reportto the competent department of ecology and environment of the local people'sgovernment. The risk control measures shall include the prevention and controlof groundwater pollution.
