固体废物综合利用标准应当明确综合利用产品中的有毒有害物质限值。

综合利用固体废物应当遵守生态环境法律法规的规定，符合固体废物综合利用标准和污染防治技术标准。使用固体废物综合利用产物应当符合国家规定的用途、标准。

Standards for the comprehensive utilization ofsolid waste shall specify the limits for toxic and hazardous substancescontained in products derived from the comprehensive utilization of solidwaste.

The comprehensive utilization of solid waste shallcomply with the provisions of ecological and environmental laws and regulationsand conform to the standards for the comprehensive utilization of solid wasteand the technical standards for pollution prevention and control. The use ofproducts derived from the comprehensive utilization of solid waste shall complywith the purposes and standards prescribed by the State.
