收集、贮存、运输、利用、处置固体废物的单位和其他生产经营者，应当加强对相关设施、设备和场所的管理和维护，保证其正常运行和使用。

Entities and other producers and business operatorsengaged in the collection, storage, transportation, utilization or disposal ofsolid waste shall strengthen the management and maintenance of the relevantfacilities, equipment and sites to ensure their normal operation and use.
