收集、贮存、运输、利用、处置危险废物的单位，应当按照规定投保环境污染责任强制保险。环境污染责任强制保险制度的具体实施办法，由国务院金融监督管理机构会同国务院生态环境主管部门制定。

Entities engaged in the collection, storage,transportation, utilization or disposal of hazardous waste shall insurecompulsory insurance of environmental pollution liability in accordance withrelevant provisions. The specific implementing measures for the compulsoryinsurance system of environmental pollution liability shall be formulated bythe authority of financial regulatory administration under the State Counciljointly with the competent department of ecology and environment under theState Council.
