中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第四百八十五条

产生、收集、贮存、运输、利用、处置固体废物的单位，应当依法及时向社会公开固体废物污染防治信息，接受社会监督。

利用、处置固体废物的单位，应当依法向公众开放设施、场所，提高公众生态环境保护意识和参与程度。

Entities engaged in the generation, collection,storage, transportation, utilization or disposal of solid waste shall, inaccordance with the law, timely disclose information on the prevention andcontrol of solid waste pollution to the public and shall be subject to publicsupervision.

Entities engaged in the utilization or disposal ofsolid waste shall, in accordance with the law, open their facilities and sitesto the public in order to enhance public awareness and participation inecological and environmental protection.
