产生工业固体废物的单位应当向所在地生态环境主管部门提供工业固体废物的种类、数量、流向、贮存、利用、处置等有关资料，以及减少工业固体废物产生、促进综合利用的具体措施。

An entity that generates industrial solid waste shallprovide the competent department of ecology and environment in the place whereit is located with information on the types, quantities, flow, storage,utilization and disposal of the industrial solid waste, as well as the specificmeasures to reduce the generation of industrial solid waste and promote itscomprehensive utilization.
