产生、贮存、利用、处置工业固体废物的单位应当按照国家规定，对工业固体废物进行检测、监测，并按照分类管理要求采取必要措施，防止工业固体废物污染。

Entities engaged in the generation, storage,utilization or disposal of industrial solid waste shall, in accordance withState regulations, conduct testing and monitoring of industrial solid wasteand, in accordance with the requirements for classification management, takenecessary measures to prevent pollution of industrial solid waste.
