产生危险废物的单位，应当按照国家规定和生态环境保护标准的要求贮存、利用、处置危险废物。

任何单位和个人不得擅自倾倒、堆放、丢弃、抛撒、遗撒或者焚烧危险废物。

Ecological and Environmental Code of The People's Republicof China (effective on August 15,2026), Article 533

An entity that generates hazardous waste shall, inaccordance with State regulations and the requirements of the ecological andenvironmental protection standards, store, utilize and dispose of hazardouswaste.

No entity or individual shall, withoutauthorization, dump, pile up, discard, scatter, spill or incinerate hazardouswaste.
