运输危险废物，应当采取防止污染环境的措施，并遵守国家有关危险货物运输管理的规定。

禁止将危险废物与旅客在同一运输工具上载运。

The transportation of hazardous waste shall adoptmeasures to prevent environmental pollution and comply with relevant Stateregulations governing the transport of dangerous goods.

Hazardous waste shall not be transported on the samemeans of transport as passengers.
