收集、贮存、运输、利用、处置危险废物的场所、设施、设备和容器、包装物及其他物品转作他用时，应当按照国家规定经过消除污染处理，方可使用。

Sites, facilities, equipment, containers, packagingand other articles used for the collection, storage, transportation,utilization or disposal of hazardous waste shall, before being repurposed for otheruse, undergo decontamination in accordance with State regulations.
