在噪声敏感建筑物集中区域施工作业或者因施工作业可能造成严重污染的，建设单位应当按照国家规定，设置噪声自动监测系统，与监督管理部门联网，保存原始监测记录。

Where construction work iscarried out in areas where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated, or whereconstruction work is likely to cause serious noise pollution, the project ownershall, in accordance with State regulations, install an automatic noisemonitoring system, network it with that of the supervisory authority, and retainthe original monitoring records.
