生产、销售、使用放射性同位素和射线装置的单位和其他生产经营者，应当在申请许可证前依法取得生态环境影响报告书、生态环境影响报告表批准文件或者已经办理生态环境影响登记表备案手续。

国家建立健全放射性同位素备案制度，具体办法由国务院制定。

Entities and other producers and business operatorsengaged in the production, sale or use of radioisotopes and radiation-emittingdevices shall, before applying for a license, obtain the approval of theEcological and Environmental Impact Report or Ecological and EnvironmentalImpact Report Form, or complete the filing procedures for the Ecological andEnvironmental Impact Registration Form, in accordance with the law.

The State shall establishand improve the filing system for radioisotopes. The specific measures shall beformulated by the State Council.
