中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第六百二十八条

生产、贮存、销售、使用放射源的单位和其他生产经营者，应当建立健全安全保卫制度，指定专人负责，落实安全责任制，制定必要的事故应急措施。发生放射源丢失、被盗和放射性污染事故时，有关单位和个人应当立即采取应急措施，并向公安机关、卫生健康主管部门和生态环境主管部门报告。

Entities and otherproducers and business operators engaged in the production, storage, sale oruse of radioactive sources shall establish and improve a security system,designate dedicated personnel, implement a security responsibility system, andformulate necessary emergency response measures for accidents. In the event ofthe loss or theft of radioactive sources, or a radioactive contaminationaccident, the relevant entities and individuals shall immediately takeemergency response measures and report to the public security authority, thecompetent department of health, and the competent department of ecology and environment.
