产生放射性固体废物的单位，应当按照国务院生态环境主管部门的规定，对其产生的放射性固体废物进行处理后，送交放射性废物处置单位处置，并承担处置费用。

Entities that generateradioactive solid waste shall, in accordance with the provisions of thecompetent department of ecology and environment under the State Council, treatthe generated radioactive solid waste, then deliver it to a radioactive wastedisposal entity for disposal, and shall bear the costs of disposal.
