运行电磁辐射设施的企业事业单位应当优化布局，合理安排电磁辐射设施，采取有效措施，防止、减轻电磁辐射污染。

运行电磁辐射设施的企业事业单位，应当按照国家规定配套建设电磁辐射污染防治设施，并保证污染防治设施正常运行。

Enterprises and public institutions operatingelectromagnetic radiation facilities shall optimize their layout, reasonablyarrange such facilities, and take effective measures to prevent or mitigateelectromagnetic radiation pollution.

Enterprises and publicinstitutions operating electromagnetic radiation facilities shall, inaccordance with State regulations, construct supporting facilities for theprevention and control of electromagnetic radiation pollution and ensure theirnormal operation.
