中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第六百六十条

运行一类、二类电磁辐射设施的企业事业单位，应当按照国家规定采取发射功率控制、发射方向调整、紧急制动、屏蔽、接地、隔离等电磁辐射污染防治措施，开展自行监测，保存原始监测记录，监测结果定期向生态环境主管部门报告。

Enterprises and publicinstitutions operating Category I or Category II electromagnetic radiationfacilities shall, in accordance with State regulations, adopt measures such astransmission power control, adjustment of transmission direction, emergencyshutdown, shielding, grounding and isolation for the prevention and control ofelectromagnetic radiation pollution, conduct self-monitoring, retain originalmonitoring records and regularly report the monitoring results to the competentdepartment of ecology and environment.
