运行一类电磁辐射设施的企业事业单位，应当按照国家规定设置警示标识、采取设置围栏防止公众近距离接触等电磁辐射污染防治措施。新建、改建、扩建一类电磁辐射设施应当避让人口密集区域。

Enterprises and publicinstitutions operating Category I electromagnetic radiation facilities shall,in accordance with State regulations, set up warning signs and adopt measures suchas installing fence to prevent close public contact for the prevention andcontrol of electromagnetic radiation pollution. Newly constructed,reconstructed or expanded Category I electromagnetic radiation facilities shallavoid densely populated areas.
