电磁辐射污染责任主体应当按照电磁辐射污染综合治理方案的要求采取有效措施，减轻电磁辐射污染。

The entity responsible forelectromagnetic radiation pollution shall, in accordance with the requirementsof the comprehensive control plan for electromagnetic radiation pollution, takeeffective measures to mitigate electromagnetic radiation pollution.
