广告屏、广告牌、灯箱、媒体立面墙、道路、体育场、施工场地等，应当按照国家规定合理设计、安装、使用照明设施，定期保养维护，采取有效措施，防止、减轻光污染。

Advertising screens, billboards, light boxes, mediafacades, roads, stadiums, construction sites and other lighting facilitiesshall, in accordance with State regulations, be reasonably designed, installedand used, regularly maintained and serviced. Effective measures shall be takento prevent or mitigate light pollution.
