需要临时使用湿地的，应当依法办理相关手续，并不得修建永久性建筑物。临时使用湿地期满后，用地单位或者个人应当恢复湿地面积和生态条件。

Where the temporary use of a wetland is necessary,relevant formalities shall be completed in accordance with the law, and nopermanent buildings or structures shall be constructed.

Upon the expiration of theperiod for temporary use, the land-using entity or individual shall restore thewetland area and ecological conditions.
