中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第七百九十三条

新建、扩建、改建建设项目应当制定节水措施方案，配套建设节水设施。节水设施应当与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投产使用。工业和服务业企业应当采用先进适用节水技术、工艺和设备，增加循环用水次数，提高水的重复利用率。

Newly constructed, expandedor reconstructed construction projects shall formulate water conservation measuresplans and construct supporting water conservation facilities. Waterconservation facilities shall be designed, constructed and put into operationsimultaneously with the principal part of the project. Industrial and serviceenterprises shall adopt advanced and applicable water conservationtechnologies, processes and equipment, increase the number of water reusecycles, and improve water reuse efficiency.
