禁止违反禁渔区、禁渔期的规定从事捕捞活动。禁止渔业船舶违反禁渔区、禁渔期的规定航行、停泊。

对违反前款规定的渔业船舶，任何单位和个人不得为其提供供油、供水、供冰等服务，不得代冻、转载、运输、收购、加工、销售其非法捕捞的渔获物。

禁止使用炸鱼、毒鱼、电鱼等破坏渔业资源和渔业水域生态环境的方法进行捕捞。禁止制造、销售、使用禁用的渔具。禁止使用小于最小网目尺寸的网具进行捕捞。捕捞的渔获物中幼鱼不得超过规定的比例。

Fishing activities in violation of the provisions ofclosed fishing areas or closed fishing periods are prohibited. Fishing vesselsare also prohibited from navigating or anchoring in violation of the provisionsof closed fishing areas or closed fishing periods.

No entity or individual shall provide fuel, water,ice or other services to fishing vessels that violate the provisions of thepreceding paragraph, or freeze, transship, transport, purchase, process or sellfish catches obtained through illegal fishing on behalf of those vessels.

It is prohibited to usemethods such as fishing by explosives, poisons or electric fishing, that damagefishery resources or the ecological environment of fishery waters. Themanufacture, sale and use of banned fishing gear are prohibited. The use offishing nets with mesh size smaller than the prescribed minimum mesh size isprohibited. The proportion of juvenile fish in the catch shall not exceed theprescribed limit.
