中华人民共和国生态环境法典（2026年8月15日起施行）第八百零三条

国家实行林木采伐许可制度。采伐林地上的林木应当依法申请采伐许可证，并按照采伐许可证的规定进行采伐。非林地上的农田防护林、防风固沙林、护路林、护岸护堤林和城镇林木等的更新采伐，由有关主管部门按照规定管理。

The State shall implement a tree felling permitsystem. The felling of trees on forest land shall be subject to an applicationfor a felling permit in accordance with the law and shall be carried out inaccordance with the provisions of the felling permit.

The regeneration felling offarmland shelterbelts, windbreak and sand-fixing forests, road protectionforests, bank and embankment protection forests, urban trees, among others, onnon-forest land shall be managed by the relevant competent authorities inaccordance with the applicable regulations.
