在自然保护地和禁猎（渔）区、禁猎（渔）期内，禁止猎捕以及其他妨碍野生动物生息繁衍的活动，法律法规另有规定的除外。

野生动物迁徙洄游期间，在前款规定区域外的迁徙洄游通道内，禁止猎捕并严格限制其他妨碍野生动物生息繁衍的活动。县级以上人民政府或者其野生动物保护主管部门应当规定并公布迁徙洄游通道的范围以及妨碍野生动物生息繁衍活动的内容。

Within protected areas, closed hunting (fishing)areas, and during closed hunting (fishing) periods, hunting, fishing, and otheractivities that interfere with the living and breeding of wildlife areprohibited, unless otherwise provided by laws or administrative regulations.

During the migrationperiods of wildlife, hunting or fishing is prohibited, and other activitiesthat interfere with the living and breeding of wildlife shall be strictlyrestricted within migration corridors located outside the areas specified inthe preceding paragraph. The people's governments at or above the county levelor their competent wildlife protection authorities shall stipulate and makepublic the scope of such migration corridors and the contents that interferewith the living and breeding of wildlife.
