企业应当加大绿色低碳技术和产品的研究开发、推广应用，推进生产经营活动绿色化，提高资源利用效率，减少污染物和温室气体的产生、排放，自觉履行绿色低碳发展社会责任。

Enterprises shall increaseresearch, development, promotion and application of green and low-carbontechnologies and products, advance greening of production and businessactivities, improve resource utilization efficiency, reduce the generation andemissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases, and consciously fulfill theirsocial responsibilities for green and low-carbon development.
