国家鼓励产品的生产经营者开展绿色设计，推动绿色设计应用。

电器电子、机动车等产品的设计，应当考虑其在生命周期中对人体健康和生态环境的影响，优先选择无毒无害、易于降解或者便于回收利用的方案，按照国家规定加强有害物质源头减量和替代。

The State encourages producers and businessoperators to carry out green design and promote the application of greendesign.

The design of electricaland electronic products, motor vehicles and other similar products shall takeinto account their impacts on human health and the ecological environmentthroughout the life cycle, give priority to solutions that are non-toxic orharmless, readily degradable, or easy to recycle, and, in accordance with Stateregulations, strengthen source reduction and substitution of hazardoussubstances.
