企业应当采用先进适用的回收技术、工艺和设备，对生产过程中产生的余热、余压、废水、废液等进行综合利用。

企业应当按照国家规定，对生产过程中产生的粉煤灰、煤矸石、磷石膏、赤泥、尾矿、废石、废料、废气等工业废弃物进行综合利用。

Enterprises shall adopt advanced and applicable recyclingtechnologies, processes and equipment to comprehensively utilize waste heat,residual pressure, wastewater, waste liquids, among others, generated duringthe production process.

Enterprises shall, inaccordance with State regulations, comprehensively utilize industrial wastes suchas pulverous coal ash, coal gangue, phosphogypsum, red mud, tailings, wasterock, scrap materials and waste gases, generated during the production process.
