企业对生产过程中产生的废弃物不具备综合利用条件的，应当提供给具备条件的生产经营者进行综合利用。

Where an enterprise lacksrelevant conditions to comprehensively utilize the waste generated in theproduction process, it shall provide such waste to qualified producers andbusiness operators for comprehensive utilization.
