企业应当按照国家规定实施绿色采购，建立绿色供应链，优先采购和使用节能、节水、节材等有利于保护生态环境的原材料、产品和服务，促进上下游企业协同绿色转型。

Ecological and Environmental Code of The People's Republic ofChina (effective on August 15, 2026), Article 1000

Enterprises shall implementgreen procurement in accordance with State regulations, establish green supplychains, and give priority to the procurement and use of raw materials,products, and services that are conducive to ecological and environmentalprotection, such as those that are energy-efficient, water-efficient, andmaterial-efficient, so as to promote the synergistic green transformation ofupstream and downstream enterprises.
