申请温室气体自愿减排交易的项目应当有利于降碳增汇，能够避免、减少温室气体排放，或者实现温室气体的清除。

Projects applying forvoluntary greenhouse gas emission reduction trading shall be conducive tocarbon reduction and carbon sink enhancement, and shall be capable of avoidingor reducing greenhouse gas emissions, or achieving the removal of greenhousegases.
