未成年工特殊保护规定 第六条

用人单位应按下列要求对未成年工定期进行健康检查：(一) 安排工作岗位之前；(二) 工作满一年；(三) 年满十八周岁，距前一次的体检时间已超过半年。

Provisions on Special Protection for Minor Workers, Article 6

Employers shall provide regular physical examinations for minor workers as required in the following circumstances:

(1) prior to the assignment of their work;

(2) being work for a full year; or

(3) reaching the full age of 18 and more than half a year past since their preceding medical examination.
