劳务派遣暂行规定 第九条

用工单位应当按照劳动合同法第六十二条规定，向被派遣劳动者提供与工作岗位相关的福利待遇，不得歧视被派遣劳动者。

Interim Provisions on Labor Dispatch, Article 9

An employer shall, in accordance with Article 62 of the Labor Contract Law, provide the dispatched workers with the position-related welfare benefits without any discrimination against the dispatched workers.
