就业 歧视 性别

用人单位在录(聘)用女职工时,应当依法与其签订劳动(聘用)合同或者服务协议,劳动(聘用)合同或者服务协议中应当具备女职工特殊保护条款,并不得规定限制女职工结婚、生育等内容。

Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests (2022 Amendment), Article 44 

When an entity recruits (employs) a woman, it shall sign a labor (employment) contract or service agreement with her. The labor (employment) contract or service agreement shall contain special protection clauses for female employees, and shall not contain restrictions on marriage and child-bearing, etc.
