侮辱
用人单位有下列行为之一,由公安机关对责任人员处以十五日以下拘留、罚款或者警告;构成犯罪的,对责任人员依法追究刑事责任:
(一)以暴力、威胁或者非法限制人身自由的手段强迫劳动的;
(二)侮辱、体罚、殴打、非法搜查和拘禁劳动者的
Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, Article 96
Where an employing unit commits one of the following acts, the person in charge shall be taken by a public security organ into custody for 15 days or less, or fined, or given a warning; and criminal responsibilities shall be investigated against the person in charge according to law if the act constitutes a crime:
(1) to force laborers to work by resorting to violence, intimidation or illegal restriction of personal freedom; or
(2) humiliating, giving corporal punishment, beating, illegally searching or detaining laborers.
